Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Possess a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
- Ability to lift and carry 30 or more pounds
- Communicate professionally and effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- Ability to bend, move quickly around the restaurant, and stop and wipe frequently
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must have Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Able to lift and carry at least 30 pounds
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Assist servers by bussing tables and resetting them quickly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Adapt to fast-paced and high-pressure situations
- Support the overall operation of the dining room environment
