Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- hold a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- stand and walk for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
- work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
- lift and carry 30 plus lbs
- communicate professionally and effectively under pressure and in high-stress environments
- have good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
- bend and move quickly around the restaurant and stop and wipe frequently
- self-motivation and ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Job Qualifications
- must be 16 years of age or older
- hold a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card
- excellent communication skills
- positive attitude and team player
- previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
- strong organizational and prioritization skills
- manual dexterity and physical stamina
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- assist with clearing and resetting tables efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
- manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- support team members in peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- uphold restaurant policies and safety standards
