Job Duties

  • Set up, restock, and break down the grill
  • produce meal items and daily specials
  • prepare daily specials, hot sandwiches, and sides
  • follow recipes and product directions for seasoning and cooking
  • operate kitchen equipment for food preparation
  • taste food products and check production
  • control food waste by recycling or disposing of extra products
  • clean all grill equipment and utensils
  • maintain temperature logs and signage
  • report safety issues to management
