Job Duties
- Set up, restock, and break down the grill
- produce meal items and daily specials
- prepare daily specials, hot sandwiches, and sides
- follow recipes and product directions for seasoning and cooking
- operate kitchen equipment for food preparation
- taste food products and check production
- control food waste by recycling or disposing of extra products
- clean all grill equipment and utensils
- maintain temperature logs and signage
- report safety issues to management
