Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years old
  • authorization to work in the US
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to see, hear, and speak verbally and audibly
  • able to ascend and descend stairs
  • able to sit and stand for extended periods
  • able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • able to bend, stoop, and kneel
  • capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions
  • able to work on a computer for extended periods
  • must be able to travel for business purposes as needed
  • able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • must report to work free from sedatives and disclose any pharmaceuticals that may impair job performance
  • able to handle natural and regular job stressors

Job Qualifications

  • at least 18 years old
  • must be authorized to work in the US
  • must have a valid driver's license
  • restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare meats including steak and chicken
  • maintain a clean and organized grill area including proper food storage and labeling
  • monitor food inventory and notify management of low supplies
  • ensure all food items are cooked to appropriate temperatures and served promptly
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
  • assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen
  • perform additional duties as needed to support restaurant operations
