Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- authorization to work in the US
- valid driver's license
- ability to see, hear, and speak verbally and audibly
- able to ascend and descend stairs
- able to sit and stand for extended periods
- able to lift up to 30 pounds
- able to bend, stoop, and kneel
- capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions
- able to work on a computer for extended periods
- must be able to travel for business purposes as needed
- able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
- must report to work free from sedatives and disclose any pharmaceuticals that may impair job performance
- able to handle natural and regular job stressors
Job Qualifications
- at least 18 years old
- must be authorized to work in the US
- must have a valid driver's license
- restaurant experience preferred
Job Duties
- Cook and prepare meats including steak and chicken
- maintain a clean and organized grill area including proper food storage and labeling
- monitor food inventory and notify management of low supplies
- ensure all food items are cooked to appropriate temperatures and served promptly
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen
- perform additional duties as needed to support restaurant operations
