Job Duties
- set up, restock, and break down the grill
- produce daily meal items and menu specials
- prepare daily specials, hot sandwiches, and sides for service
- follow recipes and product directions for cooking and seasoning foods
- operate kitchen equipment for food preparation
- taste food products and manage production requirements
- control food waste and recycle or dispose of extra food properly
- clean all grill equipment and utensils
- maintain temperature logs and signage for grill station
- report safety issues to management
