Job Requirements
- Prior grill cook experience
- Availability for full-time or part-time shifts including Monday through Friday 8:00 pm to 2:00 am
- Ability to work rotating weekends
- Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as carrying pans and trays
- Must be able to follow recipes and portion control
- Drug-free workplace compliance

- Prior grill cook experience

Job Duties
- Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation
- Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations
- Serves customers efficiently and friendly following established steps of service
- Ensures food is at correct temperature and visually appealing
- Uses approved recipes and production standards for quality and portion control
- Cleans and sanitizes assigned work areas, equipment and utensils
- Resolves customer concerns and reports to supervisor
- Attends in-service and safety meetings
- Maintains good relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers
- Performs other duties as assigned
