Job Requirements
- Previous grill cooking experience required
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cooking
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Must be able to lift and carry food trays and equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous grill cooking experience required
- Ability to follow approved recipes and portion control standards
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to maintain sanitation standards
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to participate in safety and training meetings
Job Duties
- Takes orders from customers and prepares food items requiring short preparation
- Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations
- Serves customers efficiently and friendly following established steps of service
- Ensures food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty
- Uses approved recipes and production standards to maintain quality and portion control
- Cleans and sanitizes all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant information to supervisor
- Attends in-service and safety meetings
- Maintains good working relationships with coworkers and managers
- Performs job safely while maintaining a clean work environment
