Job Duties
- Take orders from customers providing exceptional service
- cook a variety of grilled and fried menu items ensuring correct cooking and holding temperatures
- properly chill and store foods following labeling, dating, food safety guidelines and rotation procedures
- complete designated food safety quality control logs
- clean kitchen equipment, appliances and work areas to maintain highest sanitation standards
- serve as primary customer service representative for food and nutrition services providing quick, friendly and efficient service
- ensure proper and consistent food portioning
