Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills are required
  • Able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
  • Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout your shift
  • Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Reaching, bending twisting, stooping
  • Pushing and pulling
  • Lifting overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants that have multiple levels

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food preparation or kitchen environment is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and presentation guidelines
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong commitment to quality and customer service
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the job including standing for long periods

Job Duties

  • Take full ownership of daily preparation and execution of food items in the assigned station
  • Prepare high-quality grilled chicken and other menu items consistently following recipes and presentation standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members and service staff to exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently
  • Assist in keeping the kitchen and work stations clean and organized
  • Adapt to fast-paced environment and handle pressure calmly and effectively
