Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout shifts
  • Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping
  • Pushing and pulling
  • Lifting overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is an asset
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and food preparation instructions
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service

Job Duties

  • Take ownership of the daily preparation and execution of food items in the grill station
  • Follow recipes, procedures, and presentation standards consistently
  • Produce highest quality chicken and menu items efficiently
  • Work as a team to support fellow grillers and service staff
  • Maintain safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate effectively with team members to exceed customer expectations
