Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Ability to independently lift up to 15lbs for extended periods
- Capability to stand, walk, and climb stairs during shifts
- Ability to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Capability for reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting overhead
- Ability to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties
- Take full ownership of daily preparation and execution of food items at the grill station
- Consistently produce high-quality chicken and menu items by following recipes and procedures

- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines
- Manage work efficiently under pressure
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
