Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment

  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Ability to independently lift up to 15lbs for extended periods
  • Capability to stand, walk, and climb stairs during shifts
  • Ability to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Capability for reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting overhead
  • Ability to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation

Job Duties

  • Take full ownership of daily preparation and execution of food items at the grill station
  • Consistently produce high-quality chicken and menu items by following recipes and procedures
  • Maintain presentation standards to ensure product quality
  • Collaborate with team members and service staff to exceed customer expectations
  • Adhere to safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines
  • Manage work efficiently under pressure
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
