Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills are required
- Able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
- Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout shift
- Must be able to walk and or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Hand-eye coordination
- Reaching, bending twisting, stooping
- Pushing and pulling
- Lifting overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants that have multiple levels

Job Duties
- Take full ownership of the daily preparation and execution of food items in their station
- Provide exceptional Nando's experience by efficiently and consistently producing the highest quality chicken and other menu items
- Follow recipes, procedures and presentation standards consistently
- Work as a team player assisting one another and collaborating with the service team
- Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- Work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Ensure timely food production to meet customer expectations
