Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Able to independently lift up to 15lbs for extended periods
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout shift
  • Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping
  • Pushing and pulling
  • Lifting overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants with multiple levels

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food preparation or grill cooking is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Commitment to quality and customer service
  • Basic English language proficiency

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items at the grill station according to standardized recipes and procedures
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of menu items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill area
  • Work collaboratively with team members and service staff to exceed customer expectations
  • Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines
  • Manage multiple orders efficiently during high-volume periods
  • Assist in receiving and storing deliveries related to grill station supplies
