Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills are required
  • Able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
  • Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout your shift
  • Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Reaching, bending twisting, stooping
  • Pushing and pulling
  • Lifting overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants that have multiple levels

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Take full ownership for daily preparation and execution of food items in assigned station
  • Follow recipes, procedures and presentation standards consistently to produce high-quality menu items
  • Work efficiently and consistently to deliver the best possible product
  • Collaborate with team members and service staff to exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
