Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills are required
- Able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
- Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout your shift
- Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Hand-eye coordination
- Reaching, bending twisting, stooping
- Pushing and pulling
- Lifting overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants that have multiple levels

- Take full ownership for daily preparation and execution of food items in assigned station
- Follow recipes, procedures and presentation standards consistently to produce high-quality menu items
- Work efficiently and consistently to deliver the best possible product
- Collaborate with team members and service staff to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
