Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Able to independently lift up to 15 pounds for extended periods
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout shifts
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push and pull
  • Ability to lift overhead
  • Ability to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties

  • Take full ownership for daily preparation and execution of food items at the grill station
  • Follow recipes, procedures, and presentation standards consistently
  • Efficiently produce high-quality PERi-PERi chicken and other menu items
  • Assist team members and work collaboratively with the service team
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station
  • Provide an exceptional dining experience through quality food production and timely service
