Job Requirements

  • ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
  • knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • basic English language and professional communication skills
  • able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
  • ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout the shift
  • must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • hand-eye coordination
  • reaching, bending twisting, stooping
  • pushing and pulling
  • lifting overhead
  • must be able to climb stairs in restaurants with multiple levels

Job Duties

  • take full ownership for daily preparation and execution of food items in the grill station
  • provide exceptional customer experience by consistently producing high-quality chicken and menu items
  • follow recipes, procedures, and presentation standards
  • assist team members and work collaboratively with the service team
  • maintain cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with food handling procedures
  • manage cooking times and food quality to ensure customer satisfaction
  • uphold company policies and participate in training and development programs
