Job Requirements
- ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- basic English language and professional communication skills
- able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
- ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout the shift
- must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- hand-eye coordination

- must be able to climb stairs in restaurants with multiple levels

Job Duties
- take full ownership for daily preparation and execution of food items in the grill station
- provide exceptional customer experience by consistently producing high-quality chicken and menu items
- follow recipes, procedures, and presentation standards
- assist team members and work collaboratively with the service team
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in accordance with food handling procedures
- manage cooking times and food quality to ensure customer satisfaction
- uphold company policies and participate in training and development programs
