Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food knowledge
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and communication skills
  • Ability to independently lift up to 15 lbs for extended periods
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 8-10 hours per shift
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, and pull
  • Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

  • Collaborate with team members and service staff to exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
  • Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work station
