  • able to lift 15lbs independently for extended periods
  • ability to stand, walk, climb stairs with food items and dishes
  • able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • good hand-eye coordination
  • able to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, lift overhead
  • able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food preparation or grilling preferred

Job Duties

  • Take full ownership for daily preparation and execution of food items in grill station
  • efficiently and consistently produce high-quality chicken and menu items
  • follow recipes, procedures, and presentation standards
  • assist team members and collaborate with service staff
  • maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • communicate professionally in English
  • work calmly and effectively under pressure
