Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 15lbs independently
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 8-10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Capability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, lift overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or grill cook position advantageous
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in team environments
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Commitment to quality service and food knowledge

Job Duties

  • Take full ownership of daily preparation and execution of food items in the grill station
  • Follow recipes, procedures, and presentation standards consistently
  • Produce and execute the highest quality chicken and other menu items
  • Work collaboratively with team members and service staff to exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the station
  • Assist in the smooth operation of the kitchen during shifts
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow
