Job Requirements

  • Partial high school education
  • experience in culinary or food preparation preferred
  • food safety certified
  • physical ability to stand for long periods
  • capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • ability to work in temperature extremes
  • clear communication skills in English
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions
  • attention to cleanliness and safety practices

Job Duties

  • Set up grill station for service
  • restock and break down grill equipment
  • prepare daily meal items and menu specials
  • cook and serve hot sandwiches and sides
  • follow recipes and food preparation guidelines
  • operate kitchen equipment for various food prep tasks
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grill area
  • monitor food quality and temperature logs
  • manage food production to reduce waste
  • report safety issues to management
