Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- authorized to work in the US
- valid driver's license
- able to see, hear and speak verbally and audibly
- able to ascend and descend stairs
- able to sit and stand for extended periods
- able to lift up to 30 pounds
- able to bend, stoop and kneel
- able to work outside in various weather conditions
- able to work on a computer for extended periods
- able to drive or travel for business purposes
- able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
- able to report to work responsive and free from sedatives
- able to disclose prescriptions or over-the-counter medications affecting job performance
Job Qualifications
- at least 18 years old
- authorized to work in the US
- valid driver's license
- restaurant experience preferred
Job Duties
- cook and prepare meats including steak and chicken
- keep supply of meats fresh and ready for use
- maintain a clean and organized grill area
- properly store and label food items
- monitor food inventory and notify management of low supplies
- cook food items to appropriate temperatures
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
- perform other duties to assist restaurant operations
