- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of related cooking or food preparation experience
- ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
- reliable and punctual attendance
- ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- capable of standing for long periods
- basic kitchen equipment operation skills

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
- read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
- prepare food and serve customers at a la carte stations and/or operate grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- reduce food waste by practicing proper portioning and handling
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
