Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of related cooking or food preparation experience
  • ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
  • reliable and punctual attendance
  • ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
  • capable of standing for long periods
  • basic kitchen equipment operation skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0-2 years of related cooking or food preparation experience preferred
  • ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
  • read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
  • prepare food and serve customers at a la carte stations and/or operate grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
  • attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • reduce food waste by practicing proper portioning and handling
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
