Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Open availability preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment safely
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy work environment
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable with strong attendance
  • Passion for food preparation and customer service
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
  • 0 to 2 years of related experience preferred
  • Basic culinary or food service knowledge a plus

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
