Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0 to 2 years of related experience preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts with open availability
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0 to 2 years of related cooking experience beneficial
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
  • Adaptability to changing shift schedules
  • Positive attitude and reliability

Job Duties

  • Prepare and portion grill and present a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast lunch dinner and catered events
  • Read measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
  • Operate grill station fryer and other kitchen equipment
  • Attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Reduce food waste and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Serve customers at an a la carte or grill station as needed
  • Perform additional duties as required based on business and client needs
