- Ability to work varying shifts with open availability
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications

- 0 to 2 years of related cooking experience beneficial
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Adaptability to changing shift schedules

Job Duties
- Prepare and portion grill and present a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast lunch dinner and catered events
- Read measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate grill station fryer and other kitchen equipment
- Attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Reduce food waste and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Serve customers at an a la carte or grill station as needed
- Perform additional duties as required based on business and client needs
