Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • open availability including varying shifts and weekends preferred
  • previous experience in a cooking or grill station role beneficial
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • good physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • ability to follow food safety standards and guidelines

Job Qualifications

  • Team oriented and adaptable
  • reliable and committed to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
  • 0 to 2 years of related cooking or food preparation experience preferred
  • ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare portion grill and present a variety of hot and or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast lunch dinner and special catered events
  • read and measure mix ingredients according to recipes
  • prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and or operate a grill station fryer and other kitchen equipment
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
