Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- open availability including varying shifts and weekends preferred
- previous experience in a cooking or grill station role beneficial
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- good physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow food safety standards and guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Team oriented and adaptable
- reliable and committed to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
- 0 to 2 years of related cooking or food preparation experience preferred
- ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately
- strong communication and customer service skills
- basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare portion grill and present a variety of hot and or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast lunch dinner and special catered events
- read and measure mix ingredients according to recipes
- prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and or operate a grill station fryer and other kitchen equipment
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
