Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in a food preparation role beneficial
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
Availability to work varying morning shifts
Punctuality and dependable attendance
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

Team-oriented and adaptable
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Ability to nurture a healthy and safe working environment
0 to 2 years of related experience beneficial
Basic culinary knowledge preferred
Good communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

Accurately and efficiently prepare portion grill and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast lunch dinner and special/catered events
Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station fryer and other kitchen equipment
Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
