Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of related cooking or food preparation experience is beneficial
- Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team

- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items
- Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to reduce food waste and maintain a clean kitchen environment
- Support special and catered events as needed
