Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of related experience preferred
  • Ability to stand and work for long periods
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0-2 years of related cooking or food preparation experience is beneficial
  • Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Adaptable and reliable work ethic
  • Commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and positive work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
