Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and positive work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
