Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum of 2 years recent experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- ability to remain calm under pressure and fast-paced environment
- reliable transportation and ability to arrive to work on time and maintain a positive attendance record
- ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
- current Food Handlers Card

Job Duties
- prepares all food items to meet company standards and guest expectations
- strong comprehension of recipes, intermediate knife and kitchen equipment skills
- ensure all kitchen equipment is regularly maintained and operational
- successfully reads tickets and times food preparation to ensure top quality
- communicates regularly and consistently with the other stations (fry, salad and expo)
- assists with training new cooks as needed to ensure company standards are met
- clean and sanitize work surfaces, utensils and working areas
