Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of prep experience
- At least 1 year of line cook experience
- Experience in one or more kitchen stations
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Willingness to comply with health and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have or obtain TB clearance required by State of Hawaii
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- 6 months of prep experience
- At least 1 year of line cook experience
- Experience with at least one station (fry, oven, grill, sauté, pantry, pizza)
- Open availability preferably nights and weekends
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to follow direction
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, and fast-paced environments
- Follows health and safety standards such as using cut gloves and non-slip shoes
- Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts
Job Duties
- Work designated station and prepare menu items to company standards
- Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Use and maintain kitchen equipment properly
- Communicate and work well with teammates and chefs
- Be on time, ready to work, and willing to learn
- Learn and support other stations as needed
