Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of prep experience
  • At least 1 year of line cook experience
  • Experience in one or more kitchen stations
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Willingness to comply with health and safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have or obtain TB clearance required by State of Hawaii
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • 6 months of prep experience
  • At least 1 year of line cook experience
  • Experience with at least one station (fry, oven, grill, sauté, pantry, pizza)
  • Open availability preferably nights and weekends
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and ability to follow direction
  • Comfortable working in hot, cold, and fast-paced environments
  • Follows health and safety standards such as using cut gloves and non-slip shoes
  • Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts

Job Duties

  • Work designated station and prepare menu items to company standards
  • Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Use and maintain kitchen equipment properly
  • Communicate and work well with teammates and chefs
  • Be on time, ready to work, and willing to learn
  • Learn and support other stations as needed
