Job Requirements
- prior experience as a grill cook
- prior experience as a cashier
- ability to work Monday through Friday from 12:00 am to 5:30 am
- ability to work some Saturdays
- ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation
- complete orders from steam tables and serve customers at multiple stations
- serve customers efficiently and in a friendly manner following established steps and service standards
- ensure food is at correct temperature, attractive, and tasty
- taste all prepared food items
- use established ticket-collection procedures during service
- maintain records for area worked
- use approved recipes and production standards for quality, serving temperatures, and portion control
- carry pans, kettles, and trays of food according to safety standards
- store foods following safety and rotation procedures
- clean and sanitize all assigned areas, equipment, and utensils
- resolve customer concerns and report to supervisor
- attend in-service and safety meetings
- maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, and management
- perform job safely while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- perform other duties as assigned
