Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work weekdays only on specified shifts
  • Must be punctual and reliable
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
  • Basic culinary knowledge or related experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0 to 2 years of related experience is beneficial
  • Team-oriented with strong adaptability and reliability
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately
  • Good communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
  • Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
  • May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
