Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • Strong commitment to food safety and hygiene practices
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Qualifications

  • Previous fine dining grill cook experience
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen

Job Duties

  • Prepare and grill high-quality meats and dishes according to restaurant standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station
  • Ensure food safety and proper handling of ingredients
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and timing
  • Uphold quality control and presentation standards for all grilled items
  • Participate in training sessions and continuous skill development
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
