Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0 to 2 years of related experience preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and food preparation guidelines
  • Availability to work varying morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food safety
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers
  • 0 to 2 years of related experience preferred
  • Effective communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for different meal periods
  • Read, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes
  • Operate grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
  • Reduce food waste by following portion and preparation standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
