Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 - 2 years of experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
- ability to work afternoon and evening shifts including some weekends and holidays
- capable of standing for extended periods
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- good communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
- prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area
- assist with inventory and stock management
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
