Job Duties
- Prepare and portion a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
- Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
- Attend scheduled shifts on time with regularity
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist in reducing food waste through efficient preparation
- Perform other duties as assigned based on client and business needs
