Job Requirements

  • Available to work afternoon/evening shifts including some weekends and holidays
  • reliable and punctual with good attendance
  • ability to follow recipes and prepare food accurately
  • capable of standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks
  • maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • able to operate kitchen equipment safely

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0 to 2 years of related cooking or food preparation experience beneficial
  • ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
  • prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
  • attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
