Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Willingness to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0 to 2 years of related food preparation experience beneficial
- Ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
- Strong teamwork skills and adaptability
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work varying shifts including open availability preferred
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
- Prepare food and serve customers at an à la carte and/or operate grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen
- Minimize food waste through proper preparation and portion control
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
