Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in a related cooking role
  • Ability to work any shift with open availability
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to operate grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely
  • Strong commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
  • Operate grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
  • Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness of cooking area
  • Collaborate with team members to reduce food waste
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on account and client requirements
