Job Requirements

- 0-2 years of experience in a related cooking role
- Ability to work any shift with open availability
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to operate grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely
- Strong commitment to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
- Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness of cooking area
- Collaborate with team members to reduce food waste
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on account and client requirements
