Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to stand and/or walk 100 percent of the time
  • ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
  • ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare all grill items to order according to the daily menu
  • set up, break down and clean the grill station
  • prepare service line for operation as instructed by Executive Chef and/or management
  • check quality of food items, making sure they meet standards of taste, appearance and correct temperature
  • report any substandard quality to the Executive Chef and/or management
  • interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner
  • post all necessary signage and merchandise service area
  • follow production sheets to establish proper serving utensils and food quantities
  • complete production sheets in accordance with Parkhurst standards
  • follow cleaning schedule using clean as you go techniques
  • maintain communication with management about products and supplies needed
  • follow uniform dress code and maintain personal hygiene
  • assist fellow team members
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
