Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of related experience preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • basic food safety knowledge
  • open availability preferred
  • reliable transportation and punctuality
  • willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0-2 years of related kitchen or cooking experience beneficial
  • ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation
  • food safety certification preferred but not required
  • dependable and punctual work ethic
  • adaptability to varying work shifts
  • customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events
  • read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
  • prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte station and/or operate grill stations, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
  • attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assist with inventory management as needed
