Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot kitchen environment
- Ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines accurately
- Must pass any required food safety training
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Passion for food preparation and commitment to quality
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of food items by grilling different dishes
- Ensure the highest quality food by adhering to recipe procedures
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Use various kitchen tools and equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grilling station
- Assist in food preparation and inventory management as needed
