Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot kitchen environment
  • Ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines accurately
  • Must pass any required food safety training
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Passion for food preparation and commitment to quality

Job Duties

  • Prepare a variety of food items by grilling different dishes
  • Ensure the highest quality food by adhering to recipe procedures
  • Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Use various kitchen tools and equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grilling station
  • Assist in food preparation and inventory management as needed
