Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and safety standards
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic kitchen environment
  • Prior culinary experience is a plus
  • Must comply with company safety, sanitation, and operational policies

Job Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens desired
  • Ability to follow detailed recipe and safety procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts

Job Duties

  • Ensure the highest quality food is properly executed by adhering to recipe procedures
  • Prepare a variety of food with different methods and use various kitchen tools and equipment
  • Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
  • Grill a variety of dishes according to menu specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking station
  • Assist in kitchen prep tasks as needed
