Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic kitchen environment
- Prior culinary experience is a plus
- Must comply with company safety, sanitation, and operational policies
Job Qualifications
- Previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens desired
- Ability to follow detailed recipe and safety procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
Job Duties
- Ensure the highest quality food is properly executed by adhering to recipe procedures
- Prepare a variety of food with different methods and use various kitchen tools and equipment
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
- Grill a variety of dishes according to menu specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking station
- Assist in kitchen prep tasks as needed
