  • food handler permit or servsafe certification as required by state or county
  • ability to read and understand english
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • knowledge of safe food handling techniques
  • ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines
  • willingness to provide quality customer service
  • capability to prepare food for modified diets preferred
  • experience with commercial cooking equipment preferred

Job Duties

  • prepares and cooks food
  • serves customers
  • follows recipes and instructions in the preparation of food items
  • prepares bulk food items and large scale production
  • assembles specialty meals and catered items
