- food handler permit or servsafe certification as required by state or county
- ability to read and understand english
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- knowledge of safe food handling techniques
- ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines

- capability to prepare food for modified diets preferred
- experience with commercial cooking equipment preferred

Job Duties
- prepares and cooks food

- prepares bulk food items and large scale production
