Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare each order by following company recipes, carryout procedures, and plating standards
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed
- Prepare visually appealing meals
- preparing all items in a timely manner
- deliver hot and fresh meals
- Follow recipe and storyboards to prepare and cook meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, and other foods according to proper preparation methods per the current Bob Evans recipe book
- Work with approved cooking equipment and cooking methods to deliver high quality meals
- Practice and uphold health and sanitation standards
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, including washing hands frequently and wearing gloves
- Understand and comply with standard portion sizes, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
- Maintain quality and appearance for all food prepared and served
- Prioritize food preparation so all items for check are finished at the same time
- Properly maintain and operate equipment effectively
- Assist in other job categories as needed
- Perform all other assigned duties
