- Ability to remain calm under pressure and fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and ability to arrive to work on time and maintain a positive attendance record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Current Food Handlers Card

Job Duties
- Prepare all food items to meet company standards and guest expectations
- Demonstrate strong comprehension of recipes and intermediate knife and kitchen equipment skills
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is regularly maintained and operational
- Read tickets accurately and time food preparation to ensure top quality
- Communicate regularly and consistently with other kitchen stations including fry, salad, and expo
- Assist with training new cooks to meet company standards
- Clean and sanitize work surfaces, utensils, and working areas
- Maintain proper inventory levels for all food items at each station
- Assist with supervising food temperature and ensure ingredients are properly stored following FIFO guidelines
- Assist in receiving, verifying, and properly storing food, beverage, and supplies
- Conduct back-of-house opening and closing tasks
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed
