Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and ability to arrive to work on time and maintain a positive attendance record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
- Current Food Handlers Card

Job Duties
- Prepares all food items to meet company standards and guest expectations
- Strong comprehension of recipes, intermediate knife and kitchen equipment skills
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is regularly maintained and operational
- Successfully reads tickets and times food preparation to ensure top quality
- Communicates regularly and consistently with the other stations (fry, salad and expo)
- Assists with training new cooks as needed to ensure company standards are met
- Clean and sanitize work surfaces, utensils and working areas
- Maintains proper amounts of inventory for all food items needed at each station
- Assist with supervising food temperature to ensure ingredients are kept at appropriate temperatures and stored properly
- Follows "first in- first out" (FIFO) at all times
- Assist as necessary in receiving, verifying and properly storing food, beverage and supplies
- Conduct back-of-house opening and closing tasks as required
- Other tasks as assigned
