Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • ability to remain calm under pressure and fast-paced environment
  • reliable transportation and ability to arrive to work on time and maintain a positive attendance record
  • ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
  • current Food Handlers Card

Job Duties

  • Prepares all food items to meet company standards and guest expectations
  • strong comprehension of recipes, intermediate knife and kitchen equipment skills
  • ensure all kitchen equipment is regularly maintained and operational
  • successfully reads tickets and times food preparation to ensure top quality
  • communicates regularly and consistently with the other stations (fry, salad and expo)
  • assists with training new cooks as needed to ensure company standards are met
  • clean and sanitize work surfaces, utensils and working areas
