- ability to follow recipes and food safety procedures
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and operate kitchen equipment
- willingness to work varying shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
- read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipe(s)
- prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
