Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0 – 2 years of related experience beneficial
  • Ability to read and follow detailed recipes
  • Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work flexible afternoon and evening shifts
  • Must maintain a safe and sanitary work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0 – 2 years of related cooking experience beneficial
  • Ability to follow recipes and food preparation procedures
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe work environment
  • Flexibility to work afternoon and evening shifts
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate grill station, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
